Do you think a following like that would help you sell more books?
Would you like to know how one young musician and poet did just that?
Today we’re talking with Charlotte Eriksson and she is going to share with us how she built an international community of followers through social media.
Charlotte Eriksson is a songwriter, publisher and author from Sweden, but is currently living somewhere in Europe, wherever the inspiration is for the moment. She left everything she had and knew in Sweden as a teenager, and moved to London to dedicate her whole life to her writing and music.
Since then she has started her own publishing and distribution company Broken Glass Records. She published her first book Empty Roads & Broken Bottles; in search for The Great Perhaps. She has produced and released six critically acclaimed albums, reached #2 on the Swedish iTunes chart. She has also toured all over the UK and Europe, and gained a following of over 31,000 followers on her social sites like Twitter and Tumblr.
Her new book of prose and poetry Another Vagabond Lost To Love: Berlin Stories was published in May, 2015.
